Dana's journey in case management is driven by a passion for excellence and a deep desire to assist others. Inspired by Colleen Hoover's "The Mountain is You," she tackles each case with empathy and determination.
Outside of work, Dana finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and flag football. She's also drawn to abstract art and admires Frida Kahlo's resilience and self-expression.
For Dana, the most fulfilling aspect of her job is helping clients navigate challenges and find resolutions. Her strong verbal communication skills and unwavering integrity build trust and rapport with clients.
